Welcome to the chillichutneyman

Since January 2007 the chillichutneyman has been producing a range of home-made chilli chutneys, sauces and jams as well as many other products to suit all sorts - from the faint-hearted to the capsaicin-monster*. These products have been sold at farmers' markets, food fairs and specialist chilli festivals from day one and have been well-received (and have sold out) wherever they have been. Look under "Products" for a list of current offerings - and don't forget to come back to check from time to time - the range is always changing and there might just be something to really tickle your tastebuds.

*Capsaicin is the hot stuff in a chilli. Start low and build up, that's the way.

**Naga jolikia is possibly*** currently the hottest chilli in the world. You have been warned.

At the Brighton Chilli Festival 2009, my Nitro Naga chilli jam took first prize in the National (yes, that's national - the whole of the UK) Chilli Awards chilli jam category. This special recipe version is available only through my good friends at scorchio.co.uk. The Nitro Naga is an upgraded (read "scorching hot") version of the the Bolivian Rainbow chilli jam on the Products page of this very site, using Naga** chillis for that extra kick.
