My products
This is the list of my current products. The list will change from time to time as inspiration strikes, or as people (that's you) give me suggestions and feedback or as new varieties of chillis or other ingredients (all locally sourced wherever possible) become available (or sound like a good idea at the time).
Chilli Sauces And Jams
NitroNaga Chilli Sauce (Mind Blower)
Unless you have a high tolerance for chillis (remember that capsaicin stuff on the home page?), I would not recommend this as a condiment. Liven up a curry, chilli con carne, casserole or stew with as much of this as you dare. Also good as a marinade for fish, meat, poultry and vegetables or use as part of a marinade. Brush on and grill or BBQ. Try on a pizza-base or mix with tomato paste for a versatile and spicy alternative to tomato puree.
280g jar, GBP 5.75
NitroNaga Chilli Sauce (Stupid Hot)
As above, just a little milder. So versatile but still carries a sting in the tail.
280g jar, GBP 4.75
NitroNaga Chilli Sauce (Hot)
As above, just one more step down the pain ladder, but still one to watch.
280g jar, GBP 4.25
NitroNaga Chilli Sauce (Fairly Hot)
As above, but about as pain-free as I can make a Naga-based sauce. One for the first-time but still handle with care.
280g jar, GBP 3.95
Bolivian Rainbow Chilli Ginger Marinade
Quite a mouthful - in more ways than one. Not as hot as the Naga chilli, the Bolivian Rainbow gives a pleasant, warming glow. As well as marinating, try brushing it on fish, meat, pultry and vegetables. Grill or BBQ.
320g jar, GBP 3.95 (No added sugar*)
Bolivian Rainbow Chilli Jam
A dark, rich jam with a similar heat to the marinade. Try this with cheese, cold meats or simply brush on any sort of kebab for grilling or BBQing.
320g jar, GBP 3.95
Chutneys
Spicy Fig Chutney
Moderately hot and immoderately scrummy, try with cold meats or cheeses, or stir some into a lamb curry or add to a chicken casserole for an interesting twist. Or try it with anything you fancy. You're in charge.
320g jar, GBP 4.25
Red Onion Chutney
Tomato-based and a classic all-rounder.
285g jar, GBP 3.95
Mango Chutney
Not only a splendid accompaniment to curries, also try with hot or cold meats, salads or in a sarnie. Or on poppadums. We like poppadums.
340g jar, GBP 3.95 (No added sugar*)
Apple, Peach and Apricot Chutney
Frightfully fruity! A real cracker with cheese. Curries cry out for it. A wonderful accompaniment to pork or lamb, or simply spread it on a slice of bread and enjoy.
325g jar, GBP 3.95 (No added sugar*)
Sunshine Chutney
Bursting with fruit and a touch on the tart side. Especially good with a mature cheddar. Tantalising with a tandoori and grabs grilled fish by the gills. Here's a handy hint: outstanding as a glaze on roast duck, chicken or turkey.
320g jar, GBP 3.95 (No added sugar*)
Beetroot Chutney
A tempting mix of sweet and sour flavours. Try with cheese, cold meats, salads or in a sarnie.
275g jar, GBP 3.95
Boozy Chutney
A rich and tempting chutney with plenty of cream sherry. Try serving this with cold meats or cheeses. Great with quiche or a wedge of game pie. Here's another handy hint: mix a large spoonful witha glass of port (or sherry) and add to the roasting tin for a very special gravy.
325g jar, GBP 3.95
